		<description>You make some great points here about the value and importance of Homeownership and it&#039;s crucial role and place in the American Dream. If anyone is unsure let me state a clear opinion that I believe to be fact: Homes are cheap!

Real Estate is a tangible and fundamental necessity of life. There is no better asset to own in a time of turmoil and emotional shifts that prove the catalyst in the current pricing or appraisal of value. A Home has a clear, proven, tested, fundamental value. Until the population starts to tank Housing is probably the safest overall investment you can have, next to water, food, and arguably utilities.

Buy a Home.

Thanks for all the effort it seems that you have put into your blog. Sound advice from sound professionals like yourself Carol is what the American Homeowner needs. Your job though not as profitable as three years ago is even more important today. Keep up the great work.
